Request deletion
Submit the form below using the email address linked to your AI Cure Eyes account whenever possible. Your request is recorded in our admin system and sent to our support inbox.
If we need to verify account ownership, we may contact you using the email address associated with the account before completing the request.
What will be deleted
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- Your AI Cure Eyes user account and profile information.
- Uploaded eye scan images and scan history associated with your account.
- Eye health profile information you entered in the app.
- AI assistant chat sessions and messages associated with your account.
- App preferences associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Where retained, this data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying the request. Completion time may vary depending on verification, technical processing, backups, or legal requirements.
Deleting your account is permanent. You may lose access to scan history, uploaded images, health profile data, and chat history tied to that account.
In-app deletion
If you still have access to the AI Cure Eyes app, you can also use the account deletion option in the app settings where available.
